I gave a PowerPoint talk on this topic on 21 December 2020. I looked at workers’ compensation legislation in Australia (briefly) and focussed on the origins of secondary and non secondary psychiatric impairment, primary and secondary impairment elsewhere except in South Australia where it is pure mental harm and consequential mental harm.
